Boil squirrels (11) for 2 hours... drain water and pull meat off each one and place in an 8x10 glass bakeware....
Mix in Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chile Sauce....sweet baby rays some of Tony's Creole some Gourmet Burger seasoning
Get one medium onion and cut it in FIFTHS one for each corner and one for the center....
Stick in oven for 30-45 min
Some good eating
