Yeah that's sort of what I figured. It stinks quiet a bit though just because it involved me personally and having so much taken away (not just $ but the bid rights especially...had to let a lot of jobs go by over the year that could got me on day shift) and then just recently finding out about them not getting so much as a stern talking to.

Coach -- There's not a physical handbook anymore. When I first hired in they had one they gave to us...but that was many moons ago and the current "handbook" is what I referred to as being on the computer in the office. They don't give those out anymore even to the new hires; just give them an orientation class with how to access the computer up front. It is there to look at...if you are on day shift and can find the time to do so. They don't inform us of any policy changes...there explanation of this to me, was that since it is openly available to look at on the computer, that it was OUR responsibility as associates to periodically check in on the computer to see what was new...and not THEIR responsibility to inform us of changes. I will be honest with ya...when sitting there in the hot seat before a firing squad that holds your job's fate in their hands, you don't exactly wanna get too sideways with them lol. I was counting my blessings at the time that I didn't get fired when it was all over with.

Welcome to the real world. I'd agree it's attorney time if you want any satisfaction but don't expect to keep your job and even if you do it won't be pleasant.
