How will lifetime license holders have to handle the new harvest log that will be on the back of the new licenses. Since they don't have a paper license also I like the direction twra Is going with the new app and harvest log much like ky Telecheck

The harvest log will be available for printing on our website, in the hunting guide, and at license agents.
We are finalizing the changes to be presented to the TFWC in January or Feb. so the Big Game Proclamation can be changed in time for turkey season.
