legal distance?

This may have been talked about some time ago but I can not find it anywhere I have a new place to hunt and its pretty close to a main road I know the distance law of a house while on public land but is there anything about how far you have to be from a public road thanks for the help ill just stay out of the place until I know a clear legal answer

It is in the hunting guide. there is not a minimum distance you must be from a road. the law says you cannot shoot on, from, or across a road right of way.
