A friend of mine is looking for 78 Sportsman in 243. He sold the one his dad gave him years ago. He has really regretted doing that since his dad passed away a few years ago. He wants one to hand down to his son.

had one when i was a teen and it got stolen out of my truck.sure wish i had it back.it wasnt pretty but it was a shooter

I have one that is not for sale, been in my family for at least 24 years, my son 30 yrs old and daughter 32 yrs old, took there first deer with this rifle, then I let my 2 nephews use it to take their first deer with it. There has been alot of deer shot with this gun, I have shot several with it myself.
Don't blame you for lookin for one, I will keep an eye open for one.
