ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, who was elected as the state's chief executive as a Republican and then ran for the U.S. Senate as an independent, announced on Twitter on Friday night that he's switching to the Democratic Party.

This is the type of treasonous creep that was portrayed as a conservative Republican on the verge of running for President or VP a few years ago by the establishment. Since, he's been actively involved with Obama's campaigns and had to deny his own gay sex scandal.
