is there a benifit to an 8 day sample?
I had results in 4 days. Most people notice a difference fairly quickly. it lets you sample all parts of the system without spending money..Plus, if you decide to order more, you get a $40 discount.

Would this be good for us to start with and how long will this promo last ?
Getting everything together now to send to Russ tonight.
We're determined on this the more we read and watch. We have read and watched almost nonstop since last night.
Need to find out about the "natural caffeine" as caffeine is a definite no-no for my heart problem.

Rutman, The XMam and the XM+ has the "caffeine" from dutch cocoa AKA "chocolate" in it. Just replace the XMam capsules with the XMpm's and you will be fine.
