If you can show all of the teeth in the picture it would be a big help, but from what I can see, at least 3 1/2 and might be 4 1/2.

At least 3 1/2, but I'm leaning a little closer to 4 1/2. Not classic 4 1/2 wear, but the 5th tooth (2nd molar) does show wear.
