Just went to the processor and measured him let know in a few what he rough scores........ do u include tip to tip.....

No, you do not include tip to tip. Only inside spread with can't be more than the length of his main beam.

with out tip to tip its 103 4\8 but im new to scoring deer, need to watch someone who knows what there doing but i gotta b close

I would assume your measurements are correct. Its a great deer but there is nowhere near 120"
