None of this sounds good. Is it possible the rut came and went?
I'll be headed out Saturday AM and will report back.
sure hope not. Keeping my fingers crossed that the colder temps next week with spark some daylight movement

Pulled an all day sit yesterday in Rossville...... saw one doe at 6:45AM. Sounds about right. It's what we've experienced with the past week in rossville including this morning.

In lockdown. Most chasing occurred at night. Have very few scrapes still open. Most covered in leaves. I suspect the warm temps and them getting some rest has to do with little movement. Most that we have seen which has still been few were in the thick stuff. Hopefully Tuesdays low temps back in the 20's will kick it up again.

I saw a decent buck chasing on Candaville in Fayette Co yesterday afternoon. Several does were trying to avoid the fracus. Also saw a buck cruising in Collierville, he crossed Houston Levee around 0730am.
Dang warm and wet weather is going to stick around through the weekend.
