Strain, yes, but not nearly as bad as a face full of pepper spray in other training.

that stuff just clears my sinuses out LOL. I been pepper sprayed more then once. While i was a exspore with the sheriffs office up here. so now that stuff don't bother me no more for some reason.
Probable because i eat hot peppers every night with dinner.

It affects people differently. It worked on me, but not as bad as others in the class.
And, you are right about clearing out sinuses. Snot city.

Pepper Spray, CS Gas or Mace..all works on me and cures the common cold!! My sinuses were never clearer.
