I think this is a bad hire and Dave Hart has failed as the AD.

Dooley was on the hot seat for a year and this is the best Hart could find. That's sad.

If we had hired someone with name recognition the fans would have at least given them a chance to rebuild.
I think this guy is a good guy, but not what we needed. When(not if) we go 4-8, 5-7, 6-6 again; it will not be the players fault, everyone will blame this "D2" coach.
Hart messed up, he played his cards wrongly.

Cincy has been a good team during his time
but I hoping that TN could have gotten a bigger name coach.
But he is a huge upgrade from Dooley.
