I never thought that Gruden was a lock and I don't have any inside info, but Hart may be backing himself into a corner where the only way out is to get Gruden.

Report is Butch Jones and is what I thought from the beginning.
Good coach, he will make it or not based in his assistants budget and his hires based on coaching ability with southern recruiting ties.
And don't forget, who stays and goes from cutrent roster.
There are some great coaches and recruiters on current staff, just need someone who knows how to use him, hopefully he is the guy that knows how....

I would hope, no one really thought Gruden was coming to UT..... Nobody wanted the job when Dooley won it by default and nothing has changed...
