Hi i posted this in the muzzle loader section as well. But i just bought a BPI New Frontier wind river magnum .50 cal. muzzle loader from a friend and i was just wondering if i paid to much for it.
I paid 110.00 for it with a 3x9x50 tasco scope the bore Looks dang good with no pitting or rust. I just got done cleaning it and greased it down where it will be stored for next season.
So lets hear it do you think i paid to much for it?

Matters how much you like it after a few hunts! If you like it and it shoots well, you did good....If you don't like it or it doesn't shoot well, then you just threw away $110 ! That's how I judge things.

LOL i heard that. I had one before and it loved the 295gr powerbelt bullets. i was kicking myself every since i got rid of it now i got a other one just like it.
So hopefully i'll get a good sized buck with it Saturday.
