Looking at Benelli M2, Sx3, and a few brownings.

I just tore down my Remington 1187. First time it has been completly tore down and this is it's 3 duck season. It had crude built up in some places that was 1/8 inch thick and was still firing all 3 rounds everytime you pulled the trigger.I have never seen a gun that dirty on the inside. So take it for what it is worth but I will never shoot one of those high dollar beneli's or Brownings. The Funny thing is I have half of what some buddies have in their guns and I kill just as many ducks than they do when we hunt together. Cause when they are in the bottom of the pit cleaning their high dollar gun cause it has turned into a single shot. I am still up pumping out 3 shells.

Asked myself that same question last year (and actually had a little more than that) and I came up with:

Browning Silver 3 1/2" dura touch camo finish
speed bead II sight, browning sling, compnchoke.

Since ya asked.

I shoot a Benelli SBE 2 and never once had it jam in 5 years of heavy use! I shoot ducks and turkey with it every year and have only done your basic cleaning maybe once a year. I've shot lots of shotguns including the new benelli"s and nothing compares to the old SBE 2 . It's slim design, fast recovery, and easy shouldering just separates it from the rest by leaps and bounds IMO!!!! If your going to use it a lot and want a gun to last a lifetime it certainly tops the list...as far as slugs go I have a rifled Remington slug gun and wouldn't nix the 2..

Just give me a mossberg 835 or remington 870. For deer and turkey and everything in between.
