Absolutely, my goal is to shoot one a year with a 15" spread regardless of age. That one makes it.

Looks like about even with the ears , that would be about 16 . If you had to think about it, prob let him walk another year and hope a neighbor or a car doesn,t alter that !

For me, he's close because I'd want to be sure he's mature. I guess I'd have to see a different angle to better guess and maybe see him live and in-person and then decide. I'd hunt him for sure.

considering ive never had the pleasure of shooting a buck of any sort i would probably crap myself if that one walked in front of me .. It would also be a hard to better than a buck like that in my neck of the woods...
