From what I can find out the featherweights were made from 1957 to 1962. Said the value for these are a tad bit more than the older model 12s.

Winchester made a 410 ga. that looked like a model 12 but for some reason or another they called it a model 42. One in 90-95% condition will probably set you back around $1500. and that was a couple or so years ago. They normally run a little higher than the 12, 16, or 20 ga. model 12's. the 28 ga. model 12's are usually a little higher too but i think most of those were skeet grade.

I have a very old one in 16 gauge. It says nickel steel on the barrel. I have always wondered if its worth anything. It's a great shotgun.

The guni n question will not be nickle steel as that was discontinued in the 40s. The featherweights came out in the 60's and you cannot take them down as you can a regular model 12.

A 30" gun 12 guage (Which I assume is full choke since most of the 30" guns are) would be a $350 to $450 at gun... with the $450 number being lucky to get.

i would hang onto it if it fits you well and you like it... you will certianly never wear one out.

What about the value of a 20 gauge Model 12 pigeon grade and a 410 that is a model 12 but with a 4 something number.
I have a buddy that has these and he asked me the value and I had no idea.

As several have posted the 410 should be a model 42... they bring very good money. The pigeon 20g will bring fairly good money as well. It is hard to put a price on them as condition and extras are everything... example, a vent rib will add significantly to the price of the gun as well as the choke.... i.e. is it a WS1 or a more common full, etc..

It is all about condition... in say 75% condition p[robaly around 375 to 400... again it also depends on if it is a vent rib model, if it is original, the choke and barrel configuration, etc...

I have one of those .410's in mint condition that my grandfather bought me when I was about 8 or 9...We had a model 12 Winchester pump 12gauge too but not sure whatever happened to it. Sure would like to have another one
