How much is Potts normally
$65 for basic processing.
I don't know anything about midland but have used Champions and Potts. In my opinion, Potts is the best hands down. They have been my go to processor for many years now. I live in Rutherford and hunt Wilson so it is a lot of driving for me to go to Potts but it is that good.

Just out of curosity where do you go get your summer sausage judged at to get that title, thats pretty neat would like to check into it!

Our regular cut is 55 that is backstrip and tenderloin cut into minute steaks tenderized and hams into steaks tenderized rest burger
