Who has one and how do you like it?
I have been told by one person they are a piece of doo.
My daughter won one at the DU banquet and I was wondering about trying it out or selling it new in the box.
I still don't have the gun yet, seems someone tried to pull a switch on me and give me a used gun but I caught it and I am waiting on the new one to come in.

they really did miss on that model, the single arm pump design has a bunch of issues and you will be hard pressed to find a bunch of good reviews on them for people that actually use them in the field a bunch.
It will prob be a fine gun to own if you just are using it from time to time to have fun with. I personally wouldnt care to ever own one.

I could of swarn it had two slides.
The 887 does have dual action bars.

Maybe they have updated it and fixed the original issues or the design flaws as i have not seen one in a while. I dont really mean the # of slides as far as the design goes it is more on how it connects to the receiver internally.
again maybe they have updated the design since i have looked at them, however I have a buddy that once sold them and now refuses to do so due to the fact he continuously had people complain or bring them back.

as far as I am concerned the 870 is the best pump gun ever made. I hate to see Remmington go from the best to the worst. does a company not test fire guns before sending them into production?
