I put up a video of me skinning a wild hog in 3 minutes one time and people accused me of camera trickery. lol.

Prolly a dumb question. But the part on outside of ribs that he cuts off with the backstrap. Does it usually get ground up for burger?
that would be a big ten four!

That's impressive, but I trim my meat so much that this method just seems to create more work.
I dont put any silverskin into my grinder. I especially dont vacuum seal any meat with silverskin on it.
Is that what everyone else does too?

The only deer I ever had processed came home to me in a grocery bag. The biggest piece of meat I got was about the size of my palm. After seeing this my only question is: WHERE DID ALL MY MEAT GO!
