I urge anyone who is wanting to process your own deer to get your hands on Gary Modisetts peeling deer video. Many of you know Gary as the Deer cook and we all remember him from all the Deer expos here in Nashville. Gary Died in August of 2008 but I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of his peeling deer dvds. Gary lived in Ridgetop just north of Goodletsville TN and was a great guy.
I am not sure of where to get his dvds or if they are being produced anymore.Second mile productions is who made the video in Hendersonville. I paid 5 bucks a couple years ago for one and man it really put the table fare in the freezer for me and my family.
