IF we only had a STATE government with some stones, we could nullify much of the Federal over reaching.

Well, Tennessee's government is overwhelmingly Republican, after this past election.
If The People inundate them with calls, letters, petitions, emails, and let them know that their inaction will have consequences at the polls, maybe they'll support the "nullification movement".
Otherwise, we'll nullify them next election.

Well, Tennessee's government is overwhelmingly Republican, after this past election.
If The People inundate them with calls, letters, petitions, emails, and let them know that their inaction will have consequences at the polls, maybe they'll support the "nullification movement".

What election???
The mid-term election has a good chance to see the Democrats get control of both Houses of Congress.

Not in Tennessee State government.
Federal election--50/50.
That's why it's more important than ever for the States to pass legislation taking their rightful 10th Amendment power back,
