A friend was prepping a deer for a skull mount and found some larvae inside the lower jaw area. He googled and said they looked like bot fly larvae.

How common is this in TN?

i killed many of squirrels that had them. i just let the dogs have them after i got done skinning them and stuff.

Button buck I killed on the 2nd of this month had a few in the chest cavity the next day when I butchered.
