I buy out of state TN license as I do not live in TN but own my own property in TN
Can I take does with my tag/license for the non quota doe season then take does as being a landowner? I am still a landowner that has to buy a license
Are landowners that live in Tn allowed to kill more than 3 bucks on their property with a licence and being a landowner? I think the answer is 3 max other than on WMA or quota hunts.

1. No. You are bound by the county limit.
2. No. Landowners are bound by the season limit of 3 bucks and 1/day.
The landowner exemption is only for TN residents and under the current nonquota system has nothing to do with bag limits.
