My doctor give me the results of my bloodwork taken last week. She said I have the blood of an 18 year old Amish kid! She said she has NEVER seen anyone turn their health around like my family has in the past 20 or so months. She was asking me for advice on what to do for health issues in her family that meds aren't helping.
22 months medication free, illness free, and down 130# and still losing.
I guess we will keep "drinking that tree", and eating real food!
If you don't have your health, you don't have much of anything.
