Just use the "No-No" hair remover from the infomercial. Sure, the hair may grow back, but thats just a chance you and the deer will have to take.

I have a weed burner that attaches to a propane tank.. after you skin it.. flame it.. no hair..

I use a small handheld Benzomatic propane torch after I skin one down, just run the flame over the entire carcass and the hair turns to ash.
You can hear it crackle if there is any present, which there usually is.
Then just start quarting it up.
