My gun is set 1.5" high at 50 yards, 2.25" high at 100 yards, dead on at 150 yards and dropping 5.6" at 200 yards. I have not field checked the 200 yard drop yet due to time constraints and the fact I rarely hunt with a MZer where I can see beyond 100 yards. I plan to do some more testing of loads and check the drop out to 200 yards in January after season ends. Hope this helps.

good deal thanks.
I need to get a Chrono on mind. If I had a better place to shoot I think I would enjoy testing some. Right now it will kill a deer, but it's so much fun to shoot I wouldnt mind tinkering a bit with it.

Rockhound nailed it. I am shooting 43 grains of SR4759 out of the plastic jug, pushing a 250 grain SST and I am using the red sabot that comes with the bullets. It chronoed at 2100 fps. I have some other sabots to experiment with and I plan to shoot up to 48-49 grains (try to find 2300 fps) to see if it will hold a pattern or blow sabots. I hope this helps.

Hmmm wonder if there will be any difference in speed with a true high pressure sabot?

I do not currently know how it will play out in my case, but I hope and plan to experiment with MMP and RCR sabots in January to see what, if any difference it makes. The gentleman who got me started in smokeless (ewc) told me from the start that my gun may shoot the red sabots fine considering I was not trying to push them to max speeds, and he was dead on. My load has shot great in my gun at the range and in the deer woods up to this point, thus the reason I have not been inclined to go messing with things. I'll know more in January and I'll post up my findings.
