ok ok. I know this one has been beaten into the dirt but I am ready for a new reciepe. Currently I use: 1 cup wichestorshire 1 cup soy 1/2 cup liquid smoke salt and pepper.
But I want a new taste...but nothing sweet...that's why I cut way back on the liquid smoke...

Im tellin ya this is good stuff. if you want some spice to it, marinade it in allegro hot n spicy. If you want less spice but great flavor, use half hot n spicy and half regular or game flavor. I have used hot n spicy and hickory smoke and loved it to. best jerky I have made yet, and I have tried a bunch

I put some Frank's hot sauce and cayenne pepper in mine along with the kikoman soy, lea and perrin's,liquid smoke, onion and garlic powder and red pepper flakes. I don't add any salt due to the high salt content of the wet ingredients. I also put a dusting of that Emeril's stuff on it.
