looking to buy a buddy stand for my son and i...need to get off the ground...been looking at the Big Game Partner Pro i believe it is...would like something that is comfortable especially for the young'ens
any help would be greatly appreciated

I got mine from Dunhams..Its a 17ft sniper 2 man stand.I got it on sale for $89..

Well I got one of the Sniper brand ones for my birthday from the wife since I was going to be taking her deer hunting this year.... I'm not sure how tall it is.... maybe one of the 17' stands as mentioned by C-30-30.... Mine wasn't that cheap though... may not have been on sale.
It works pretty well.... wish it were a little more stable.... the stand seat/side rails/backrest flexes a bit when you move around. If I were to get another, I would get the two railed ladder type stand.... just for the extra strength.

$89 at walmart and I buy an extra 4 ft section of ladder for $25 more to get you 16ft off the ground. I have several that i bought when my kids were younger and we had great luck with them, and still have them setup in some old stand by places even now, as my kids are 11 and 14 now and can climb any type stand made but still occasionally use them.

Dicks had all their stand on sale when i was in Jackson over the weekend

been through tons of two man ladders. cheap to expensive.... save yourself worry and time and get a Millennium L200 or L220. 18ft... safest... most comfortable- no doubt.

Go check out sportsmansguide's website they have a pretty good selection on there. I ordered a pretty nice buddystand from them a couple weeks ago payed $119 for it.
