By making the fine for not providing health care cheaper than providing health care, this was always the plan: to encourage employers to send us to the government.
Remember how Obama's big ObamaCare sell was, "You get to keep the health insurance you have"?

My guess is that this was the plan all along and it is only the beginning to a long list and probably for those having over 40 hrs per week.

Under the LAW, in ObamaCare, anything over 30 hours is full time.
Watch other full time workers get cut to part time of less than 30 hours a week.

Also, Under Obamacare regulations, Insurance companies have to spend 80% of the premiums on actual medical expenses. This leaves 20% for administration costs, benefits for employees, overhead and that evil concept known as PROFIT.
It won't matter if employers dump people or not, insurance companies are going to be out of business and Uncle Sugar Sam will be the only option.

Hate to HiJack: For those that do not have insurance will be penalized via the IRS. But I have meet many people in my life that do not file, so how are they going to be penalized?
