Not posting this to start a arguement thread. do not want opinions on whether or not panthers are here.

If someone knows they saw some sort of Big black cat should this be reported to the TWRA?

Report it to your local regional office as there exists the possibility of it being an escaped or released illegal exotic animal.

The chance of it being a free roaming wild cat is nil.

The fact that there has NEVER in history been a documented case of a black cougar would lead me to believe that chance is zero.
