Had a buddy over the weekend hunting his usual tree stand in silver point, tn. He texted me and said he had seen a black cat about 120 pounds with a 3 to 4 foot tail on it. said he seen it within a hundred yards and was sure it was not a dog. any ideas what he could have seen?

My first thought but i have always heard its such an impossibilty of one being here

And I doubt he saw a 120lb black something with a 4 foot tail. Not calling anybody a liar, I just don't believe the alledged description.

dont see why this is doubtful i have seen cat prints the size of my hand and i dont think a bob cat could leave this size of a print

Put up a trailcam and get us a pic. Then and only then will I believe a story bout a 120lb black cat.
