I'm for it. What say y'all? Is there a good reason to be against it?
As a side note, I'm also against "sin tax" like extra tax of liquor and ammo...

Im all for removing a layer of government sponsored monopoly profit.
Right now, wine can only be sold through a distributor. They get to mark it up and make some $.
IF wine is allowed in stores, they can buy direct from the winery and remove one layer of cost.
Win for the consumer.

I use to be against it, but now I would like to see it. I'd also like to see them allow shipping to your home as well.

I'd also love to be able to pick up my Seagrams at any store or buy a fresh bottle before a Packer game on Sunday also if needed. Tennessee has some wierd laws when it comes to alcohol laws.
Off on a tangent, I really miss the local corner bar I grew up knowing in Wisconsin also, seems strange not seeing them here.

Why should only liquor stores have a monopoly on selling it....if it is a taxable item, sell it, OR only sell cigarettes at tobacco stores...just saying.

All our grocery Indiana stores has wine. We buy at Sam's and Walmart a lot.. No problem..
