I agree with that. Hunting isn't about enjoying death.

If you enjoy hunting and you are not wasting the deer then i have no prblem someone takng 50 deer as long as they are reporting the deer it works out as a avg for magament tool as u have a lot that hunt opening weekend and. Dont kill but one or two. U also have a lot that never shoot does they are only in it for the horns. Now if the herd in units l start heading below the over populated number i would bope the twra would make a change.

If you hunt within the law then what could be wrong with killing as many as you can use or give away?

I got 4 people that gave me their phone numbers at work last week. They all said they would take at least two deer each if I would kill them one.

Of course all we saw this morning was a bull dozer and a track hoe.

We are deer hunters, when we get lucky we kill deer. That's how we roll.

If those 50 deer were killed on a farm that joins yours you would see it as a problem.

In my little area the buck to doe ratio was terribly out of balance. Because for years the twra allowed way to many bucks to be killed and not enough does. Back in the 80s and all through the 90s folks were killing 6-10 bucks a year and very few does because that is the way the seasons were set. Well guess what about 15 or 20 years of that nonsense we had a very out of balance herd. Now the buck limits have decreased not near enough doe limits and hunting pressure has increased. All of this adds up to dwindling deer herd. Again I can only speak for my neck of the woods. The seasons are to long and the limits are to high. Were hunting deer with a firearm for over 2 solid months without a break. That is just ridiculous.

If he was legaly doing it next to me there would be no reason i could not fill my frezer. Or maybe he can shoot 50 becaus of my poor ability of hunting or my neighbors not hunting. If the herd starts being negatitive affected tben i would hope twra would adjust the numbers
