At least it is just the gas light. My wife drove her car with the oil light on for two weeks before I got in it one day and heard it clicking like a sewing machine!

One thing I figured out. Always put gas in the wife's car, always assume it's low on oil, and (this one drives me nuts), if you want her to drive a clean car you will have to do it. I leave my underwear in the bathroom floor...she runs outta gas...it's a give and take relationship.
