Bethel Valley Rd is closed to public through traffic including hunters. You may not enter Bethel Valley from HWY95 (west end).
The checking station is on the East end of Bethel Valley just before the Guard Portal. To get from Tower Shielding to the Check Station you must either take 95 to I40 then to Pellissippi Pky or take 95 to 58 through Oak Ridge.

Winchester on my way to work (X-10) I saw two different does run across the road, both times i looked for bucks and didnt see one. It sure looked like they were being chased or pushed though. Next weekend may be the ticket on OR WMA

So I cant just enter from Bethel Valley rd? I am confused. Their map is kind of hard to follow honestly.
I will be at the checking station about 7:15. Why don't you meet me there.

Coming from karns, go north on oak ridge hwy to pellissippi pkwy. when you cross the lake, go where it says "bethel valley rd closed to thru traffic". continue on bethel valley through the red light for a few miles. The checking station will be on your left just before the guard portal. Stay on bethel valley. If you miss it, the guards will stop you. The checking station anf guard shack are within sight of each other.
