Lease price in KY?

For those of you that are hunting Central and Western Kentucky, what is the going rate for a lease these days? We are losing our place in West Tn after this year because one of the landowners wants to hunt it himself. I'm thinking if I'm going to drive 3-4 hrs from Mid-Tn, I might as well go to Kentucky or Illinois. I'm seeing $20-$25 an acre, but I'm figuring there might be some inflation on the internet.

200 something acre lease on the Knoxville craigslist for $600 under sporting gooods i think.

15$-20$ is average for western Kentucky. You can get paper company land cheaper though... All depends on what your willing to spend.

Thanks guys. $15 an acre is what I was thinking would be about right. I know everyone is looking for a place in Ky, but if anyone knows of a place that will be available next year let me know. Willing to spend a little money to get a good place and would rather have less land in a good area than more in a not so good area. Looking for something long-term if possible.
