DA, yours looks sweet in that synthetic stock. It's the only one I've seen quite like it, and I've seen a few.

I have had 3 Remingtons that I've replaced the stock with a Hogue Overmolded. If they don't have a heavy barrel, they're really floated, but they shoot great.

after 12 years of gettin beat to heck by the 700 CDLSS 300RUM I finally broke down and sold it,,my new long range outfit is a Savage 110 338 Lapua Magnum..
the CDL is just too light to set off 100 grs of powder behind a 200 gr bullet,,now matter how good it did shoot..

That is the best looking Remington rifle I have seen. Most of the time Remington puts plain wood stocks on their rifles, even the CDL's. Yours will turn heads.

I've got a 700CDL ST Fluted in 257Weatherby. I glass bedded it as soon as I got it. Adjusted the trigger a bit too. It's almost too pretty to hunt with - but I do anyway. I've got 2 loads that shoot .5-.6 inches at 100yds. Don't know how I survived without it.

I been tryin to get him to put a Bell and Carlson stock on it because he wont hunt with it in the woods, says he dont want to scratch the pretty wood it has on it.
