I raised this little dog from a six week old pup, he is now almost 15 months old. He is a real sweet little dog great around kids and easy to handle. He trees in the training pen and on caged squirrels. He has not treed a wild squirrel by himself yet but will tree with other dogs. Honestly I really havent given him the time I should have in the woods. Reason for letting him go? I competition hunt my dogs and he isnt going to be a competition type dog. He will be a good pleasure dog and companion for a kid. He needs time in the woods and attention, two things im not gonna be able to give him to make him into a squirrel dog. I have three puppys out of my champion female that im gonna be giving all my time to. I'd like to see him go to a home with a young boy or girl that love the outdoors.
