After reading your post I thought I would post this so you will feel better.
When the last deer hit the ground, I went and got the Honda, hooked up to my deer, the small busted up buck, and drug it approximately a half mile to the stand man was hunting in. Then I un-hooked from it and then drove to the two does, hooked up to them and drug them about a quarter mile, through a big deep ditch and a woods and dropped them off. Then drove back through the woods and hooked up to the bigger buck and drug him to the spot I left the other three.
Man and I field dressed all four deer and then I made two, half mile trips to the truck and then myself, all four deer, man and my father-in-law were in the truck, loaded up and left for the house.
From the time the last deer hit the ground till we were at home with all 4 in the back yard was approximately 30 minutes.
Now, don't you feel better?

Sold my street bike to buy a honda, so about 3 1/2 feet is as far as I drag a deer anymore. Amen brother. I drug enough and bought my honda 300 new in 1999. Today i let it or the rhino do all the work.
