cooking ground deer

How many on here just simply brown some ground deer with maybe a little peppers and onions and some seasonings and just eat it like that with some light bread or some other veggies. I know I love it that way.

I don't really do that with ground meat, but I will do that with strips of steak:

I use ground for everything like spaghetti, tacos, chili, anything we use ground beef in. Never ate it just plain tho

brown 1 pound, add 1 chopped onion,1 chopped jalapeno, 1 chopped habanero.cook until soft. add 1 chopped, cooled baked potato cut into 1" chunks. serve on fried corn totillas with sour cream and cheese. dose with malindas hot sauce{found at krogers}. red neck mexican. a staple at our house

sorry, forgot 1 ingredient. 1 small tube of chorizo mexican sausage. adds the grease to get your innerts movin
