Just thought I'd give you a progress report. I did not have time to plant all of those trees, but planted roughly half. The drought has taken them. It was a good try though.

Ouch! I hate to hear that. I know how much work it takes to plant them. Mine have actually done fairly well this year. I planted a lot of them along a stream corridor, so soil moisture was a little higher which helped.
If I get any more next year, I'll let you know.
