Ya hopefully it will be a case of a simple mistake of some friends of neighbors. Did they have to cross a fence? I am sure I could have ended up on some others land by mistake because of getting off track. Though the orange thing would bother me as even if you dont shoot at noises the orange is to make them stick out if you were hunting and did not see them past a deer. I know I have been in a spot where as I was sighting a shot i spotted something orange and noticed a hunter that was past the deer so I had to hold off on the shot.

It's fenced on all but one side. And the neighbor on the side it's not fenced just told me he thought he saw someone back there the other day but didn't get a good look and figured I was going to my stand. He's not to happy cause they were on him too.

Definitely a Mosin Nagant on the shoulder of the one from the hood.
I would blow up the pictures and post them around. Ask at the local watering holes and I bet you can find out who they are. I would call them on it and let them know that they are known trespassers and poachers. Once they know you have them on camera they'll be more reluctant to come back to your property.
I share your safety concerns. Someone who would trespass and poach would likely be the kind to take snap shots at movement.
Good luck. I'm like others can't stand trespassers and poachers.

Good luck, hope to find the culprits or at least who they were visiting.
