What are your goals? Is it to have some great quality photos? Or just get an idea of when the deer are moving and what types of deer you have?
Defining your goals (and your budget) can go along way to deciding on the best trail cam for you.

In my opinion, it's like shopping for a scope. You get what you pay for. I own a $50 Walmart Tasco 3MP camera that doesn't take very good pictures any time. I have a Wildgame Innovations IR4 ($70) that makes some decent pictures except at nighttime. My favorite is the Cuddeback Capture IR, but it was $200. If I were to buy another, it would be a Cuddeback.

These make great decoy cameras, for like gates where trespassers come by. The goal is that they see them and hopefully leave. But if they see it and thinks it took a pic of them (which it most certainly did not), then they will steal it. Then immediately they will leave for fear of going farther and getting their pic taken again. THEN.... you will get the last laugh because they will put it up on their own hunting grounds to take pics of deer (which it most certainly will not).
