Having similar issues with my carrier right now. He doesn't always stop when I KNOW I have mail coming. When I left a handwritten note (flag up on the box did get him to stop) mentioning the problem, he left a note and a post office form saying my mailbox is always blocked by parked cars, which is not the case.
I am going to file a formal complaint and will be taking documents and tracking numbers from companies that have shipped merchandise to me via Priority Mail.
Also, from now on, any company I order merchandise from will use a carrier other than USPS to deliver my packages.

i was talking to a local mail man and he told me about a guy that got fired for getting his routes mail going out back throwing it in the dumpster and going home ...
