Is ANYTHING on PBS really "good"??? Informative? Most likely. Entertaining? Nahh....probably not.
America's Test Kitchen is a fantastic show to learn from. But holy hell, is it terrible to watch. That's why I like their printed publications better. You don't have to listen to their Skinimax-sounding grunts & groans after they taste their food.
