I'm just looking for some general information.
I've done some searching on the forums and the twra (info non-existent), with a minimal amount of information being the outcome. i'm interested in waterfowl hunting there and don't mind the walking.. i grew up hunting Mississippi WMA's and we usually had to walk about a mile to get to holes.
Does the TWRA have field offices? As in, a field office at the Wolf River WMA or somewhere close by where I could stop in, talk to someone and gain info for Wolf River I & II and Piperton Wetland Complex?

The phone number for the Wolf River WMA is listed in the hunting guide on page 46 as 901-878-0855. You could also contact the Region 1 office at 791-423-5725.

If you call and leave a message at the number above, you will get a call back. They will be there tomorrow but they will probably be in and out of the office. The manager at Wolf River (Brandon Gilbert) is also over the Piperton Wetland area. The wetland areas are open with the statewide seasons and bag limits.
