Anybody have any info on the rain that came through last night? Planning on hunting around Brinkley in early December, but as of now the lack of water is keeping the area from holding ducks.
If anybody has sources in that area, I'd sure appreciate some updates over the next couple weeks. I'll be stuck in hotlanta taking exams.

Been in ark for a week. Drove around for three hours today looking. VERY little water and VERY few ducks. Hopefully it will get better by the second opening. Right now it's bad!!!

Hunt about 15 minutes northwest of Brinkley. Only been able to go one day since it opened and we saw very few ducks. Very very little water over there

Yeah that's what I was afraid of. It seems to be hit or miss, the DU migration app has good reports coming out of Wynne and Clarendon.
Just really hoping for rain in the next two weeks.

I'm hunting in wynne and I can tell you those waterfowl reports are not accurate. In three hours of driving around we saw one field in McCrory that had any ducks at all and they were spoonies. It's gonna get better.

Man I hope so. There's a 60% chance of rain there tomorrow, we need a few days like that in the next two weeks.
I'm headed up on the 7th in any event. Even if the hunting isn't great yet, there's always dinner at Cajun Express to look forward to!
