Best $9 I ever spent was boot blankets when cabelas had them in the bargin cave several years ago. I take my boots off, shove a couple hot hands in the boot blankets and stay toasty all day. Secret is all the air buffer in them. I have sit all morning in 8deg (gun opener a couple years ago) and not got cold. I am in the same boat as you. Get cold feet easy and when I do I am done. If it is 40 or below I beak them out.

for that price I hope so. I used to get cold feet but I loosened up the lace , purchased better boots and wool socks.
