I shot one with a bow and the two deer walked up to it and licked it...stay put......good cover scent for you!

no. keep shootin' yotes. glad someone other than myself shoot them. all my buddies won't shoot them bc they are worried about messin' up their hunt. pansies.

Earlier this year, I shot a coyote about 4:00, left him lying out in the field where he dropped. About a half hour a doe and two young ones came out. I shot the doe and she ran toward the dead coyote. When she got to the coyote she stopped in her tracks, looking down at the coyote. Then she fell over dead.
Shooting a coyote won't hurt your hunt at all.
